Can I remove team member(s) to my account?

If you are a user with admin privileges on the account, you may remove user(s) from the account. You can also modify privelege of other team members such as non-admins, into admins. You can delete team members from the Admin dashboard and assign roles with appropriate permissions.

Can I add multiple team members to my account?

Yes, CipherTEA supports multi-user access. CipherTEA provides options for number of members, based on the subscription plan of the user. For example, a free membership allows a total of 2 members on an account. You can invite team members from the Admin dashboard and assign roles with appropriate permissions.

How do I delete or deactivate my account?

You can process account deletion of your own personal account as long as you are the admin and have another admin assigned on the platform. In order to delete the entire CipherTEA business account, you can apply for deactivation by contacting support through your dashboard. Permanent deletion requests are processed within 7 business days after verification.

Can I change the email address linked to my account?

Yes, you can update your account email from the profile settings page. For security reasons, we’ll ask you to confirm the change via your old and new email addresses.

How do I reset my CipherTEA account password?

You can reset your password by clicking 'Forgot Password' on the login screen. An email with reset instructions will be sent to your registered email address.
